Sesame and ginger BBQ pork stir fry

This speedy, Asian-inspired meal is a quick and authentic dinner option with oriental flavours.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Place the pork stir fry strips into a large non-metallic bowl with the oil, soy sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, sesame seeds and BBQ sauce. Mix well and marinate for up to 24 hours.
  2. Heat a little oil in the wok and stir-fry the pork over a high heat for 4-5 minutes, remove and set aside.
  3. Add the snow peas, capsicum and pickled ginger to the wok and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.  Return the pork to the wok and toss in the fried garlic.
  4. Serve pork stir fry over the udon noodles (prepared to packet instructions). Garnish with a little extra pickled ginger.
