Healthy (and delicious) fruit smoothies

Sometimes between meals, you get a craving for something that’s going to fill you up a little, but isn’t actually food. A lot of the, time, we’ll make ourselves a cup of coffee when that happens, but maybe you should try one of these quick, nutritious, and delicious smoothies instead.

Kiwifruit and rockmelon

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Place the fruit, honey, and lemon juice into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the ice cubes and blend until the smoothie is a slushy, icy consistency.

Strawberry and banana

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
