Delicious glazed ham
Whether you’re preparing for a big family meal or just want to try something new for your Sunday roast, this easy-make ham glaze with set your meal apart.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (510g) IXL Breakfast Marmalade
- ¼ cup (60ml) maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes or until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Pour into a sterilised jar and store at room temperature.
