Easy bolognese sauce
Bolognese is always a good idea. And we love that you can make this ahead of time and freeze it for later.
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1kg minced beef
- 2 x 400g cans tomato puree
- 1 cup beef stock
- ¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper
