Curtis Stone reveals secret to making perfect scrambled eggs

They’re a classic breakfast dish, but too often scrambled eggs can turn out overcooked or even rubbery.

If you struggle to make fluffy scrambled eggs every single time, chef Curtis Stones shares his simple tips and tricks to mastering the brekkie classic in a new video for Coles.

“There's nothing worse than those horrible, dried out, overcooked scrambled eggs,” the 42-year-old celebrity chef says.

“I want to teach you how to make the perfect scrambled eggs. I know that it sounds like you can't get scrambled eggs wrong, and you can't... but you can also get them perfect, beautiful, fluffy and delicious.”

All you need are eggs, thickened cream, salt and pepper and spring onion to add flavour to the mix.
