Coconut bliss balls

These sweet little balls are great to keep in the fridge or freezer for when you need a treat.

Serves: 12

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Place the coconut and oil in a food processor on high speed until smooth (some texture is fine).
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse again to combine.
  3. Shape the mixture into 12 small balls and roll in the extra coconut.
  4. Chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.

Note: Can be stored in the fridge for up to five days.
