“We’re head over heels in love”: Ben Fordham and Jodie Speers announce the birth of their third child Marigold
Nine presenter Ben Fordham and his wife, Seven News presenter Jodie Speers, have welcomed their third child!
The little girl, named Marigold Jean, was born on the afternoon of September 25 and weighed a healthy 3.85 kilos.
"We are head over heels in love. She's a beautiful little nugget of gold so the name Goldie fits her perfectly," Fordham tells 9Honey.
"She's already feeding well and opening her eyes to take in the world around her."
Fordham was thrilled about the family's new arrival in an Instagram post, which read:
"Marigold Jean Fordham has arrived and we're head over heels in love. Jodie was incredible and Freddy and Pearl are about to meet their gorgeous little sister."
Speers shared her own post saying, "Marigold Jean Fordham — 3.85kgs — arrived yesterday arvo in her own unique style."
Nicknamed "Goldie" for short, she joins big brother Freddy, four, and sister Pearl, who turns two in October.
