Princess Diana’s nickname for Prince Harry revealed
Earlier in the year, social media blew up after learning Prince Harry’s name wasn’t actually Harry. Now, we’ve just learnt Princess Diana’s nickname for her young prince, and it’s utterly adorable.
It’s widely known that she used to call Harry “wombat” after the family’s trip to Australia, but it seems there was another, more personal moniker given to the now-33-year-old – “My Little Spencer”.
According to Closer Weekly, Diana chose it as a way of reminding Harry that his trademark red hair came from her side of the family.
It seems the prince has had a number of nicknames, in fact, some of which are used to hide his identity. In 2012, it was rumoured he was using the name “Spike Wells” on a Facebook profile, and during his stint in the military, he used the title “Officer Cadet Wales”.
