King Charles shares unseen snap of Princess Kate on her birthday
Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales is 42!
The King and Queen have shared a sweet birthday tribute in celebration of the Princess' birthday, with an unseen photo of her during Charles' coronation.
"Wishing The Princess of Wales a very happy birthday today!" they captioned the post shared on the official royal family Instagram account.
The photo showed a smiling Kate looking at her father-in-law, while standing with Prince Edward and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh during the coronation.
Bells will ring at Westminster Abbey at 1pm to mark the occasion, and the Princess is likely to have a lowkey celebration in Windsor with her husband, Prince Charles, and their three children Prince George, ten, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five.
"They'll be at Windsor as the children are just about to start back at school, so it will just be family," a source reportedly told the Daily Mail.
"But to be honest, that's just the way she likes it."
Royal fans took to the comments to share their birthday tributes to the future Queen.
"Wishing our beautiful Princess of Wales, a very happy and special birthday," one wrote.
"Beauty, kindness and grace personified. Happy Birthday to my absolute queen," another commented.
