The one item Duchess Kate has been wearing for 12 years
She’s undoubtedly a style queen but Duchess Kate is not afraid to wear her clothes more than once.
Although for us mere mortals the idea would seem ludicrous to wear clothes only once, for one of the most photographed women in the world it’s a bold statement to “recycle” outfits.
There is however one item that has stood the test of time in Kate’s wardrobe. In fact, the Duchess has had this particular item in high rotation for the past 12 years – a pair of knee-high leather boots.
The 35-year-old has been photographed in her tasselled Penelope Chilvers boots as early as 2005, six years before her marriage to Prince William.
The flat-style boots make it the perfect footwear for her outdoorsy engagements, which is perhaps why she’s been so fond of them over the years.
