Shaynna Blaze dazzles in blazing blue on the red carpet
Last night, The Block judge Shaynna Blaze turned heads as she arrived on the red carpet at the AACTA Awards in Sydney.
The 54-year-old looked stunning in a tight navy strapless gown. The elegant frock featured an asymmetrical bust line and the hemline reached the ground.
She accessorised the gown with dangling earrings, rings and a bracelet.
Wearing her hair in a tight bun, Shaynna pouted and posed on the red carpet.
The TV judge pulled off her elegant outfit despite being criticised by past contestants for being “bogan”.
In 2015, contestant Dee Jolly labelled Shaynna as “a bogan from Wantirna” after feeling like she was unjustly scored.
In 2016, contestant Carleen said, “Shaynna Blaze, you absolute bogan from nowhere ... who's done good."
Shaynna later told New Idea, “I totally get that [the contestants] are tired, so I don't take it personally.”
The stylist said the comments are easier to deflect when she is healthy.
“I do think it's a case of having to keep your body and mind fit," she said.
