Princess Mary takes style inspiration from Kate and Meghan on royal visit
Crown Princess Mary of Denmark has paid a visit to Texas, USA in order to promote culture and sustainability.
Accompanied by Denmark’s Minister for Culture, the Hobart-born princess will be visiting Austin and Houston from 10-13 March.
The 47-year-old seemed to have taken a leaf out of the British royals' books when it came to style inspiration, as she stunned in a green and black tartan coat with black jumper and trousers – a style that has previously been seen on the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Sussex.
Kate is particularly fond of the traditional print and was seen wearing an Alexander McQueen coat featuring the same design on her trip to Scotland in January.
During Meghan’s visit to Scotland in February 2018, the soon-to-be-mother also opted for a Burberry tartan coat.
