Fifi Box opens about first days with new baby Daisy – and how it's impacted Trixie
Although Fifi Box has recently given birth to a new baby girl called Daisy Belle Box, that didn’t stop her co-hosts on The Project from calling her on Wednesday's night show – just one day after the baby's arrival.
Tommy Little, Box's radio co-host and fellow panellist on the show, thought it would be a good idea to phone her up and see how everything was going, despite Box having given birth less than two days prior.
Co-host Gorgi Coghlan was reluctant to call Box, apologising before the radio star could even say a word.
"Sorry Fif, they kept nagging me saying they wanted to talk to you, I'm like ‘she's just had a baby, you don't want to be talking to us at the moment’," Coghlan explained.
"I'm surprised you answered the Box phone", Little quipped.
A knowing Box replied, "Well, I thought you might've had something to do with it!"
Luckily, the new mum was more than happy to talk about how things were going.
"I'm in my heavenly, blissful, holding my beautiful baby girl in my arms. I haven't slept for two days and I'm trying to remind myself how to breastfeed," Box said.

Box also spoke about how her eldest daughter, 6-year-old Trixie, is loving being a big sister.
"Trixie's loving it, Waleed," she said. "She's very hands on. I kid you not, when Daisy was delivered, it took me two hours to get her back off Trixie," she continued. "She's decided that she's her baby, so I missed out on some quality bonding time."
Waleed Aly then asked if Trixie was good at “handling Daisy”.
"She is very good!" Box said, before sharing a surprising anecdote
"I won't lie, though, I was having a chat with my mum and dad, and then we looked over at the cot and Daisy wasn't in it, and Trixie just walked off with her. So I realised I am going to have to watch my six-year-old," she said with a laugh.
Box shared a sweet photo on Instagram, welcoming Daisy to the world.
“Welcome to the world our beautiful little sweetheart Daisy Belle Box!! And just like that our perfect little family became a whole lot ‘perfecter’. Trixie and I are so hopelessly in love with Daisy, we can’t wait to build our future with her, I am the luckiest mumma to be blessed with these two precious angels ”
