Simple exercises to maintain healthy eyes

Eyes, like many parts of the body, are controlled by muscles. And, like all other muscles in the body, those around your eyes can become tight and stiff. Thankfully, a few quick exercises will help you stretch those muscles and make your eyes work better.

In his final video in a series of five aimed at improving your balance, mobility and strength, Taylor Harrison, author, seniors health expert and Director of Active Seniors Health Centre, shares a few easy exercises that will improve your eye health – not to mention your balance.
