Jessica Rowe confesses: "How I tricked Peter before we started dating"
Jessica Rowe sent Studio 10 viewers into hysterics on Wednesday by disclosing some intimate details of her relationship with Peter Overton.
During a segment about lingerie, Jessica, 47, told viewers how she fooled her now husband into believing she had bigger breasts before they started dating.
“I'll never forget, when I first met my husband, he was most miffed because he thought I was false advertising because I had a fantastic padded [bra],” she mused.
Her co-hosts Ita Buttrose, Denise Drysdale, Natarsha Belling and celebrity guest Annalise Braakensiek roared with laugher at Rowe’s confession.
“He took you to the ACCC for false advertising!” quipped Natarsha.
Last year, Peter revealed that it was wife who made the first move in their relationship.
Speaking to Nova's Fitzy and Wippa, Peter explained that when they both worked at Nine, a mutual colleague suggested to him that he take Jessica out on a date.
“I said, 'Righto, get her to ring me. If she calls in 10 minutes, I'll take her out. So she did,” he said.
“I said, 'I love your style, you've got guts', we went out and we've been together ever since.”
