Too often when we think of discount supermarkets like Aldi, we imagine the lower prices must come with some trade-off in terms of quality and nutritional content. But this simply isn’t true, and in many cases discount products can be just as good (if not better) nutritionally, than the more expensive options from Coles or Woolies.

A recent investigation from News.com.au found that choosing to buy certain products from Aldi and other discount retailers instead of the Big two will not only save you money, but leave you with a better-quality product. It’s all about knowing where you should buy what, which granted, is easier said than done.
