Kmart fans will love this cheap Christmas hack

Christmas is less than a month away now – we can’t believe it, either – and Aussies are already getting into the festive spirit, decorating their homes and blasting those Christmas carols.

For many, the defining piece in their collection of yuletide decorations is the classic wreath – but it can be difficult to find the perfect one. So why not make it?

That’s exactly what many Kmart shoppers are doing this year, taking to Facebook to share their genius (and very affordable) DIY guide for making an expensive-looking wreath.

One mum shared her gorgeous creation, along with step-by-step instructions on how to make your own. All you need is a pool noodle (usually around $3), some duct tape, glue and a couple of boxes of baubles – all which you can grab from Kmart for less than $50 – and a bit of creativity.

Other members of the Kmart Mums Australia Facebook group loved her idea so much, they decided to give it a go for themselves. From Disney-inspired wreaths to pastel, Scandi-style designs, take a look through the gallery above to see some of their incredible creations.

Tell us in the comments below, have you ever made your own Christmas wreath? Share a picture of it with us in the comments!
