Over the weekend, it was reported that former Channel Nine presenter Steve Jacobs has separated from his wife Rose after 11 years and two children together.
Now, over a year after relocating to Vanuatu, the pair have listed their matrimonial eastern suburbs Coogee home for sale. The gorgeous property, purchased in 2011 for $2.55 million, is set to be auctioned on April 7 with a price guide of $4 million to $4.4 million.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom architect-designed home is located 100m from the beach and has ocean views and a plunge pool. It also features a self-contained studio apartment located above the garage.
When the couple moved to Vanuatu in 2016, the home was listed for rent at $3,500 per week.
