Look who's renting: Inside Natalie Barr's $2500 per week luxury family home
After selling her Mosman property last year, Sunrise’s Natalie Barr was rumoured to be on the hunt for a new abode in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs.
But it seems as if she just can’t let go of the Mosman lifestyle, as the 50-year-old has opted for a rental property just 700 metres down the road from her former home.
According to Realestate.com.au, Natalie and her television commercial editor husband Andrew Thompson are currently renting a $2500-a-week five-bedroom home in the flashy suburb.
The property features a lavish open-plan living area, complete with polished wooden floors and high ceilings.
Also included is an in-built fireplace along with a spacious verandah that opens to reveal a stunning garden.
The family can also enjoy an outdoor barbecue area and external car port – perfect for nights of entertaining.
The relocation comes only two months after Natalie and her family sold their Federation home for a reported $3.6 million.
Built in 1910, the home was unrenovated when the couple purchased it for $3,235,000 in February 2016.
