Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough exchange vows
If there’s one thing Karl Stefanovic isn’t good at it’s staying out of the spotlight, and the Today show host was at it again over the weekend as he exchanged vows with his 34-year-old partner Jasmine Yarbrough in an intimate ceremony.
The event, which took place at a lavish $13 million Palm Beach mansion owned by former Crown Resorts chairman Rob Rankin, was attended by a select few, but eagle-eyed observers were quick to point out a glaring omission from the guest list.
Karl’s three children Ava, 12, River, 11, and Jackson, 18, were not present.
The Daily Mail Australia cites an unnamed source which claims while Ava and River were invited and chose not to attend, Karl’s eldest Jackson didn’t receive an invite.
After the ceremony, Stefanovic told The Sunday Telegraph: “We are very much in love. We clicked right from the start.
“It’s a commitment ceremony. It was lovely.”
While commitment ceremonies often involve an exchange of vows and rings, they’re not legally binding.
The event was attended by several notables, including Peter Stefanovic and his wife Sylvia Jefferies, Richard Wilkins and Today executive producer Mark Calvert.
Victoria Buchan, Nine’s director of publicity and communications, confirmed the event, saying, “Everyone at Nine wishes Karl and Jasmine happiness and good heath for the future.”
