"He's fed up": Kochie weighs in on Sam and Nat feud
As Natalie Barr and Samantha Armytage's feud reaches new heights, David Koch is gearing up to step in to help his Sunrise co-star.
"Kochie is fed up with his former co-host's carry-on," a source tells Woman's Day.
"His support is 100 per cent behind Nat and he's ready to tell Sam to back off."
The industry insider adds that crisis meetings were held at Seven after Sam's comments on The Kyle & Jackie O Show, with Kochie, 65, standing firmly by Nat's side.
"Kochie has been Nat's shoulder to cry on," the source adds.
"She's like family to him and he would be so cross with Sam. Her comments have left him shaking his head."
Sam sent the internet in a frenzy last week when she tweeted that Nat should just "get on" with her job.
"Look.. I'm out. Nat's wanted the job forever.. & she's finally got it. She just needs to get on & enjoy it – and forget about me.. (even though I'm unforgettable)," she wrote.
