Johnny Ruffo shares positive news
It’s been a little over two months since Johnny Ruffo was diagnosed with brain cancer.
The 29-year-old actor and musician was rushed to emergency surgery to remove his tumour. He is also undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in a bid to get rid of the remaining five per cent of the tumour.
Despite the fact he’s currently in the fight for his life, Ruffo has remained so positive and optimistic.
He’s already decided to do what he can to beat this insidious cancer, becoming a national ambassador for the Walk for Brain Cancer. Ruffo is currently fundraising for the walk he’ll participate in on November 5.
He’s also been spotted out with his loving girlfriend Tahnee Sims at a wedding and the Thor: Ragnarok premiere, looking happy and healthy.
But now it looks like he’s gone one step further and is ready to get back to work after a crazy couple of months.
Posting a picture of himself in a studio next to a microphone, he captioned the shot: “Back in the studio, Good times @castle.productions”.
We’re so glad to see him looking well. And our thoughts are with the star as he continues his fight against brain cancer.
