Co-stars whose movie romance continued off-screen
They’re the Hollywood love stories that could make films themselves – when co-stars’ on-screen romance spills over into real life. It doesn’t always work out in the end, but they most certainly gave us all something to talk about!

1. Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton – The legendary lovebirds first met on the set of 1963’s Cleopatra, while both parties were still married to other spouses. Even though they parted ways, the two never quite fell out of love.
2. Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell – 34 years after they began a relationship while filming Swing Shift in 1983, 70-year-old Hawn and 65-year-old Russell are still happily married with two children together.
3. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt – Before their shock split last year, many considered “Brangelina” to be the Taylor and Burton of their time – especially given Pitt’s marriage to Jennifer Aniston –after they fell in love on the set of 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
4. Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck – The Daredevil co-stars met on set in 2003, but it wasn’t until a year later, after Affleck broke up with then-fiance Jennifer Lopez, that the two got together. They had three children together but separated in 2015.
5. Annette Bening and Warren Beatty – Bening and Beatty met in 1990 before shooting the film Bugsy and married just two years later. The couple have four children and are still together to this day.
6. Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon – In 1988, the pair met while filming the TV movie version of the play Lemon Sky. Almost 30 years on, they’re happily married with two children.
7. Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig – The James Bond actor had known Weisz for years, but it wasn’t until they played husband and wife in 2011’s Dream House that they fell in love.
