Samuel Johnson shares sweet childhood photo with sister Connie
Samuel Johnson has shared a touching throwback photo of he and his late sister Connie Johnson on Facebook.
The photo shows the two as young happy children, a world away from the devastating year in 2017 which saw Connie lose her long battle with cancer.
"Thanks for the best year ever Connie," the actor caption the photo. "I promise next year will go just like we planned. Forever yours, Sammy Seal."
Connie Johnson was first diagnosed with bone cancer at the age of 12. She was then diagnosed with uterine cancer at 22 and finally with terminal breast and liver cancer at 33.
She died in September leaving behind husband Mike and children Willoughby, 11, and Hamilton, 10.
Samuel is continuing Connie's charity work at the Love Your Sister website.
