Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla share intimate portrait you’ve never seen before

The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall are celebrating a very special milestone in their relationship and have decided to give a beautiful gift to royal fans.

Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla are celebrating 14 years of marriage, and have released a heartwarming new portrait to mark the occasion.

The intimate photo, never seen before by the public, was posted to the Clarence House Instagram page which shows the royal couple together in a stunning black and white portrait.

“Thank you for your warm wishes on the occasion of The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall's wedding anniversary,” the photo captioned read.

The gorgeous photograph was taken by Alex Lubomirski, a popular photographer amongst celebrities and the fashion world. In the past, the talented snapper has photographed the royal family including the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s engagement photos from 2017.

Prince Charles and his wife of 14 years were married on April 9, 2005 at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.

The royal couple’s anniversary was spent in the North Ireland city of Belfast to re-open the Hillsborough Castle – the official residence of the Queen and the royal family when they visit the area.

While giving a speech to celebrate the re-opening, Prince Charles mentioned his and Duchess Camilla’s anniversary.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm enormously grateful to you all for coming such a long way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's incredibly good of you,” the royal said.

“For me, Hillsborough has always been a special place, a place whose many stories reflect the complex history of this island.

“Thanks to the fine restoration work that we are marking today, future generations will have the chance to hear and experience these stories for themselves in restored and re-presented surroundings.”
