Smoothies are a great way to start the day as well as up your fruit and vege intake. They'll also give you a good boost of vitamins and minerals in something that's easy to drink, refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2-3 mint leaves (optional)
  • ¼ cup ice cubes, plus extra to serve

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve, pour into glasses and top with extra ice cubes.

Mmm, doesn’t that sound delicious!
