The above cities reportedly have more than 8.2 bookstores per 100,000 people – 21 bookstores in the case of Hong Kong! However, if libraries are more your think, the following are best for you.

  2. Warsaw, Poland
  3. Brussels, Belgium
  4. Paris, France
  5. Seoul, South Korea
  6. Shenzhen, China
  7. Vienna, Austria
  8. Hong Kong
  9. London, UK
  10. Moscow, Russia

Edinburgh has a staggering 60.5 libraries per 100,000 people – that’s 56.3 than the 10th highest on the list, Moscow, with 4.2 libraries per 100,000 people.
